Collins and The Northshore Corporation as Trustees of Heritage Trust II, under a Declaration of Trust dated March 11, 1977 and recorded with Essex South District Registry of Deeds, Book 633.'_, Page 610 and filed in the Lard Registration Office for the Southern Registry District of Essex County as Document #k160662 (hereinafter called Owners) have executed a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Pickering Wharf (Declaration) , dated March 2, 1978 , recorded with said Registry of Deeds in Book 6449, page 17 , and filed in said 'Land Registration Office as Document #164782 ; and WHEREAS, said Owners have made an Assignment of Rights (Assignment) with respect to said Declaration to New England Merchants N-itional Bank, a banking association organized under the laws of the United States, with its principal place of business in Boston, Suffolk County, Commonwealth of Massachusetts (Ilortgagee) , dated March 1, 1979, recorded in said Registry of 'deeds in Book 6569, Page 277 , and WHEREAS, Owners desire to effect an Amendment to said Declaration, NOW, THEREFORE, 1 .
