Ordinances, City of Salem, Massachusetts on file in the office of the City Clerk in City
Hall.
Pursuant to the provisions of said sections, you are herby notified that a certain unsightly
condition exists on premises specifically described as graffiti which injures neighboring-

in any event within 30 days from the date of this notice, to remove said unsightly
condition from the property and hereafter to keep the said property free there from.
In the event you fail to complete such work within the time hereinabove mentioned, the

cost of removal of the condition from the property.
