Upon conducting an inspection and after researching the available
records in this office, I have determined that the above referenced
property is a lawful mixed use building containing two residential units on
the second floor, two residential units on the third floor and one
commercial unit on the first floor. Said use may be continued. If
however, the commercial unit should, at some later date, be split into more
that one unit, building permits must be obtained and each unit must have
the required legal egresses.
If, at any time, consideration were given to increasing the number of
residential units, I must advise you that, although the use is an allowed
use, you are required to provide parking on-site. If the parking cannot be
provided, a variance from the Zoning Board of Appeal must be obtained.
If I can be of any further assistance, please, do not hesitate to
