Dear Mrs . Jennings : I enclose copy of the foreclosure deed on the above property from Hellenic Credit Union to Nicholas M. Zolotas of 78 Walnut Street, Peabody, Mass. which went on record at the Essex South Registry of Deeds on April 8, 1975 as Instruments Nos. 36 and 37. The original deed after recording was directed to be sent to Mr. Zolotas, and therefore I do not have the book and page but believe it is Book 6138, Page 25, as our judgment and entry are in Book 6138, Pages 23 and 24. Sandra Walsh was the recorded owner receiving a deed from Michael Lignos recorded Book 5881, Page 68, dated June 24, 1972, but she took this subject to Hellenic Credit Union mortgage with Michael Lignos, and when the conditions were broken we foreclosed on the property.
