Every deed presented for record shall contain or have endorsed upon it the full name,residence and post office address of the grantee
and a recital of the amount of the full comideratiou thercuf in dollars or the nature of the other consideration therefor, if not delivered
for a specific monewy sum. The full consideration shall mean the total price for the conveyance without deduction for any liens or
encumbrances assumed by the grantee or remaining thereon. All such endorwinents and recitals shall be recorded as part of the deed.
Failure to comply with this section shall not affect the validity of any deed. No register of deeds shall accept a deed for recording unless
it is in compliance with the requirements of this section.

All persons interested having been notified in accordance with law and after hearing it is adjudged
nisi that a divorce from the bond of matrimony be granted the said plaintiff for the cause of --
cruel and abusive treatment
as provided by Chapter 208 ss 1-2 and that upon and after the expiration of six months from the entry
bf this judgment it shall become and he absolute unless, upon the appplication of any person within such
period, the Court shall otherwise order, and it is further ordered that the care and custody of
Michael A. Czarnecki, minor child of the parties, be granted to plaintiff.
Defendant is permitted to see and take said minor child at reasonable times.
Said defendant, Fred J. Czarnecki, is to pay to the plaintiff the sum of $25. 00 each
week for the support of said minor child. Plaintiff is to maintain defendant on her
medical and hospital insurance for 3 months. Defendant is to convey to Ronald F.
Czarnecki, Joseph S. Czarnecki and Michael A. Czarnecki, as tenants in common,
all his right, title and interest in and to the marital real estate at 119 Highland
Avenue, Salem, Massachusetts, being the premises described in deed recorded
in the Essex South District Registry of Deeds, Book 4204, Page 164; all until the
further order of the Court.
