This conveyance is made subject to an outstanding first mortgage to
the Salem Savings Bank, dated April 29, 1975, and recorded with Essex
South District Registry of Deeds in Book 6143, Page 161, which said
mortgage and the note it secures the grantees, by the acceptance and
recording of this deed, hereby assume and agree to pay.
This conveyance is also made subject to an outstanding second
mortgage to Arthur J. Kavanaugh, Jr., as he is Trustee of the Salem
Obstetrical and Gynecological Associates, Inc. Profit Sharing Plan
and Trust, dated October 10, 1978, and recorded with Essex South
District Registry of Deeds in Book 6525, Page 719.
Robert M. Dale, Jr. was admitted to the partnership by written First
Amendment to Partnership Agreement dated , 1975.
Being the same premises conveyed to the partnership by deed of
John E. Belock et als, dated October .26, 1973, recorded with Essex
