Gentlemen :
I have been trying to reach the firm doing the appraisal work
for the city of Salem to ask if the following enclosed report
can still be submitted . There doesn 't seem to be anyone answering
the phone , so :I am sending it along to you.
What I wanted to explain to them was the reason for the delay.
It has taken me several months to collect and put together all
kinds of papers and records. Our home was burglarized and what
seemed like an impossible task has finally been accomplished
and in order. Sorry for the delay but it just could not be
