In view of the recent sale and with two independant appraisals it is difficult for us to determine how a pro- posed assessment of $299,270.00 is anywhere near realistic. The value of the yacht yard is in the Dion family name which is noted for expert and quality workmanship with the goodwill they have established over a period of sixty years.
