This Department received a complaint about the condition of the garage at your above-
mentioned property:
The garage roof has failed and allowed water to infiltrate the masonry block.
The masonry block and the cement are both in bad repair.
Under the authority of the State Building Code 780 CMR, Section 103 the owner is
responsible to maintain, in a safe manner, all structures.
You are directed to contact this office upon receipt of this letter.
Failure to reply will result in a complaint being filed in Salem District Court.
