Enclosed please find the current regulations re.
above ground swirmning pools.
Investigation on July 19, 1979 reveals your pool,
sizewise, would come under the Salem Zoning Ordinance,
but it is not in compliance.
Please be advised the pool and its mandatory enclosures
must be brought into compliance, the aforementioned order
to be effective immediately.
