BY NC CM The material value of the factory complex with the land and buildings is unknown. For sale purposes, what a willing and able buyer at the present market would pay for it is something for appraisal by an expert. However, one of the buildings is estimated to be over one hundred years old - another about 61 years old and an additional building 40 years old and a pattern shed is 30 years old. All buildings, more or less, are of wood frame construction with sheet metal covering. The land problem, upon which three of the four buildings rest on, at the time of heavy rain falls, are subjected to flooding due to an open brook running through the entire length of the property. A problem which we cannot correct. The buildings are of little value for any purpose other than a machine shop.
