Four floor levels in building--one level as much as 32 inches higher than adjoining level. 2. Steep ramps. 3 . Low ceiling heights--9 feet. 4. Receiving door too narrow--not OSHA approved as an exit. 5. Floors not level--heavily pitched for drainage. Building was built for tannery use. Castered tables and horses will not stay put. 6. No exits at all on main part of building on Proctor Street side. 7. Some sections of cement slab floor not resting on solid ground-- undermined from tannery use. 8. Roof leaks on main part of building. 9. Windows and screens are always in a broken condition from vandals on Proctor Street and Pope Street sides. 10. Building has settled and large cracks from ground to roof are visible on Boston Street side (front ) . 11. Ceiling and roof in spray room continues to settle and has to be jacked up and shimmed because of undermined floor. 12. Most floor sections have large cracks and sections stick up one above the other from settling conditions. 13 . Area in vicinity of receiving door has severe cracks in brickwork which will have to be broken down and replaced. 14. Only 3 exits in building which would be OSHA approved. /'Mobil Station 15. No parking area whatsoever--we must rent from the(Bob's Service Center)for parking autos and the space for our rubbish container. 16. Trucks picking up and delivering on side facing Pope Street must use Mobil property to maneuver. 17. Trucks delivering at Proctor Street entrance extend out into Proctor ;street--not enough yard space and sometimes street is blocked. 18. Makeshift downspouts inside building to drain roof water since settled roof no longer allows original roof drains to be used. -2- 19. Rear of building is built up against an overhanging ledge. 20. Building is approximately 55-60 years old. 21. Building has no tailgate-height freight platforms.
