Replace broken porch rails at second floor level (front) . 2. Remove and replace rotted out wood deck on all porches. 3. Rear porch carrying beams must be repaired or replaced were required. Please notify this department upon receipt of this letter as to your course of action to rectify this situation. Failure to do so will result in legal action being taken against you.
