Gentlemen:
I appeared with my clients for a hearing
on December 10, 1974, at 4:00 P. M. During the
course of the discussion it was requested that we
submit a statement of the income and expenses for
360-340 Bridge Street. The same is enclosed and
yo6. will note that it operates at a loss.
As we also pointed out the property at
335 Bridge Street was sold in July of 1974 for
$45 ,000.00 less an agreement to repair of $2500.00
or a net to the Seller of $42,500.00. I an enclosing
copies of the statement of sale of these parcels.
The warehouse space sold is identical to the area
now being assessed.
We feel that the proposed valuation is excessive
and should be reduced to coincide with the sale of
335 Bridge Street.
