Gentlemen: I appeared with my clients for a hearing on December 10, 1974, at 4:00 P. M. During the course of the discussion it was requested that we submit a statement of the income and expenses for 360-340 Bridge Street. The same is enclosed and yo6. will note that it operates at a loss. As we also pointed out the property at 335 Bridge Street was sold in July of 1974 for $45 ,000.00 less an agreement to repair of $2500.00 or a net to the Seller of $42,500.00. I an enclosing copies of the statement of sale of these parcels. The warehouse space sold is identical to the area now being assessed.
