In accordance with 310 CMR 40.1403(3)(d), GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc., on behalf
of High Rock Bridge Street, LLC, is providing this written notice to you that a
Release Abatement Measure (RAM) Plan has been submitted to the Massachusetts
Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) for the above-referenced
disposal site. The RAM Plan is intended to address the management of soil and
groundwater during the redevelopment of the Site. Redevelopment activities are
anticipated to commence in April 2024 and are expected to last up to 15 months. A
copy of the RAM Plan is available for review online, (go to
https://eeaonIine.eea.state.ma.us/portal#!/search/wastesite and search for the
RTNs cited above), by contacting the file review office of the Northeast Regional
Office of the Department of Environmental Protection at 978-694-3200,or by visiting
the file review office located at 150 Presidential Way in Woburn, Massachusetts. If
