Dear PIP Petitioners:
On behalf of our client, Prolerized New England Company, LLC (PNE), Tetra Tech, Inc. is providing this
notification that a public meeting will be held at the Salem City Hall Annex, 98 Washington Street, First Floor
Large Conference Room, on January 6, 2025 at 7 PM to present the draft Public Involvement Plan (PIP), solicit
public comment on the draft PIP, and provide information about disposal site conditions. Copies of the draft PIP
will be made available at the meeting.
There will be a minimum 20-day public comment period for the draft Public Involvement Plan, commencing on
January 7, 2025 and ending on January 28, 2025. Comments on the draft Public Involvement Plan should be
sent to directed by mail to Raymond C. Johnson, Tetra Tech, Inc., 100 Nickerson Road, Suite 200, Marlborough,
Massachusetts or by email to cay.iohnsonAtetratech.com for receipt on or before January 28, 2025.
The meeting will be held in a hybrid format for individuals who want to participate but are unable to attend the
