▪ Approval of EV charger installation on rear (north) elevation of rear ell after the fact with the following
conditions:
▪ Existing lineset cover for installed AC condenser on same rear elevation wall to be painted to match
underlying house color. This cover was installed prior to 2019 and was not approved by Commission.
▪ Removal of any equipment on rear elevation that is no longer in use.
▪ For existing equipment still in use, paint out to match underlying house color.
