set forth in the Historic District's Act (M.G.L. Ch. 40C) and the Salem Historic Districts Ordinance.

Description of Approval of Work:
▪ Replace painted copper gutters on main building only with 6” half-round aluminum gutters with hidden
brackets with the following conditions:
▪ Gutters to be mitered at corners and painted to match existing trim color;
▪ Front entry roof to retain existing gutters, repairing as needed.
▪ Copper gutter sections from main roof to be salvaged where possible to be used to repair/replace
existing copper gutters on first floor entry porch roof and on side ell roof if match;
▪ Existing 3” smooth round downspouts to be repaired and/or replaced inkind.
