This memo is to note that the petition form for 7 1/2 Lyme Street was originally stamped with
the clerk-certified stamp rather than the date-stamp. Staff Planner Brennan Postich called the
Applicant on June 24, 2025, 12:41 p.m., to confirm whether they would like to correct this
error. The Applicant, Jacob Levine, consented to a corrected petition form with the correct
date-stamp of June 18, 2025, submitted at 11:18 a.m. This stamp reflected the original date he
received a stamp from the City Clerk’s Office.
