Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of JACOB LEVINE at 7 1/2 LYME
STREET (Map 34,Lot 0012) for a Special Pe rn it per Section 3.3J Nonconforming Single-and Two-Family
Residences of the Salem Zoning Ordinance to reconstruct a nonconforming single-family home by constructing
a six-foot by eight-foot(6'x 8')mudroom on the first floor and building an addition on the second floor.
Proposed construction would have nonconforming rear and side setbacks.
The Board will hold the public hearing remotely on Wednesday,July 16,2025,at 6:30 PM.The agenda will be
posted to the City Calendar online at Salemnia.hov by July 11, 2025.The City is authorized to conduct remote
meetings of its public bodies through special acts of the Massachusetts State Legislature.
