The Undersigned represent(s) that they are the owner(s) of a certain parcel of land located at:
Address: 21 WEBB STREET Zoning District: R2
An application is being submitted to the Board of Appeals for the following reason(s):
Propose to demolish an old single-story 6-bay garage structure, and to construct a new 2.5-story structure to operate as a Bed and
Breakfast facility cntaining 6 bedrooms to be occupied by bed and breakfast guests. A Special Permit for this use is required in the R - 2
District. Variences are also being sought for side and rear setback nonconformities.
For this reason, I am requesting:
[ true ]Variance (s) from provisions of Section 4.1.1 (Table of Dimensional Requirements) of the Zoning Ordinance, specifically from
Minimum side lot widths of 10 feet are required, where only 5 feet is proposed; the required rear lot depth is 30 feet, where only 3.3 feet
are proposed.. .
[ true ] A Special Permit under Section Section 3.1 (Table of Uses) of the Zoning Ordinance in order to A special permit is required to
operate a bed and breakfast establishment in this R - 2 zoning district.

The Undersigned hereby petitions the Board of Appeals to vary the terms of the Salem Zoning Ordinance and allow the project to be
constructed as per the plans submitted, as the enforcement of said Zoning By-Laws would involve practical difficulty or unnecessary
hardship to the Undersigned and relief may be granted without substantially derogating from the intent and purpose of the Zoning
Ordinance.
