During an inspection with the health department on July 24, 2025, it was observed that the
second-floor unit has two finished rooms on the third floor. This space, at some point in time,
was a walk-up attic. This letter is to inform you that these two rooms are not to be used as
bedrooms as they do not meet the minimum requirements for head room.
