It has come to the building department's attention that the property at 5 Wyman
Avenue is being used as a contractor's yard. This is a violation of the City of
Salem's Zoning Ordinances section 3.1.4. This will require a Mandatory
Inspection.
Inspection Date: August 28, 2025, at 10:00 AM
Failure to attend inspection will result in municipal ticketing. Contact the building
department upon receipt of this letter. If you are aggrieved by this notice, your
appeal is to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
