It has come to the building department's attention that the property at 36 Clark
Street underwent unpermitted grade modifications which may have impacted the
surrounding wetlands. This is a violation and will require a Mandatory Building
Inspection.
Inspection Date: August 12, 2025, at 1:30 PM
Failure to attend inspection will result in municipal ticketing. Contact the building
department upon receipt of this letter. If you are aggrieved by this notice, your
appeal is to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
