During an inspection of the building and property on August 22, 2025, at 18 Saunders
Street, the following violations were observed
-Current structure deviated from approved plans.
-Cantilevered exterior balconies on the front and rear of the addition do not meet current building
code standards.
-Roof structure built on right side of addition does not meet current building code standards.
-Interior second-floor perimeter"catwalk" does not meet current building code standards.
-Interior staircase to second-floor perimeter"catwalk" does not meet current building code
standards.
You are directed to cease and desist use of these balconies, catwalks, and stairwells as they are
deemed unsafe and hazardous
