Dear Owners,
On May 30, 2017, I sent you a notice of zoning violation as well as an order to cease running a
rooming house at your property. You acknowledged the letter on6/6/2017 and asked for three
months to resolve the matter due to bookings you already had. I agreed to the schedule and you
should have been in compliance by September 51 of this year. Obviously ,due to recent activity
and Police actions, you have not complied. I am enclosing a Ticket for$50. The next ticket will
be $150 and the third and subsequent ticket will be $300. Keep in mind that each day constitutes
a separate violation.
