■ Replace 3tab roof shingles with GAF Timberline NS architectural shingles in "Charcoal"
■ Remove chimney(after the fact) and replace with a replica faux chimney above roofline to match previous
chimney details, dimensions and materials as closely as possible with the following condition:
■ Applicant to provide a measured drawing offaux chimney to Commission stafffor review and
approval prior to reconstruction.
■ New 3"x 2"aluminum downspouts and 5"x 3 Y2"K-style aluminum gutters to replace previously installed
aluminum gutters and downspouts per attached image. Gutters and downspouts to be painted to match
underlying house colors.
■ NOTE:Discussion on Proposed side deck railinzs and stairs was continued to the Historical Commission
meeting on Aug-ust 6, 2025.
