At that time the following items were still outstanding: Living Room: - The living room window has a screen on its right side but missing a screen on the left side. - According to the occupant, water still penetrates the living room through the living room window. The inspector could not confirm this at the time of inspection because it was not raining. The inspector orders the property owner to provide documentation of the work performed to prevent the infiltration of water. - According to the occupant, the ceiling in front of the living room window still leaks. The inspector could not confirm this at the time of inspection because it was not raining. Porch: - According to the occupant, water still penetrates the bedroom through the sliding doors leading to the porch.
