If replacement is necessary, new elements must replicate existing details, dimensions and materials. Should any changes to materials, design or outward appearance be determined necessary, Applicant must submit a new application for review. Upon completion of the above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required to document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
