■ Replace 20 windows with Anderson Woodwright windows to match dimensions, configuration
(616), location and paint color of existing windows per attached image. NOTE: Windows on the
first and second stories of main building fagade and in the first story bay windows on rear
elevation to be preserved and restored.
■ Replace 3tab asphalt roof with GAF Timberline NS architectural shingles in "Charcoal".
NOTE:Existing copper roofs to be preserved.
■ Cut sheet/product specifications for new windows to be submitted to Commission for final
review and approval by Commissioner Martinez prior to installation.
