▪ Body: Sherwin Williams SW 6258 “Tricorn Black”
▪ Trim: Behr PPU26-23A “Dark Secret”
▪ Bathroom vent(s) to be located on rear of building, not visible from a public way named in the district;
▪ Removal of interior chimney due to the following conditions:
▪ Chimney appears to be a later addition or alteration that served a utilitarian purpose for venting;
▪ Chimneys are not a contact character-defining feature of the Gothic Revival style, depicted neither in
text or image in Commission’s Design Guidelines;
▪ Removal of interior chimney would allow for the interior installation of the minisplit system line-sets;
removing the need to run pipes on the exterior of the house.
▪ Installation of minisplit system with all linesets to be installed within building interior, made possible by the
chimney removal. Condenser to be installed in east side yard to be screened by new fence;
▪ Screening fence to be installed in east side yard in capped flat board design to match existing west side fence.
Height of fence to be 6’ tall per attached image.
