COURT (Map 36,Lot 0005) (R2 Zoning District) for a Special Permit per Section 3.3.5Nonconforming5�zngle-
and Two-Family Residences of the Salem Zoning Ordinance to construct a single-story addition and deck to a
nonconforming single-family dwelling. The proposed construction increases the property's lot coverage from
52% to 57%where 35%is allowed. The single-story addition would be zero (0) feet from the rear property
line where a setback of thirty(30) feet is required.
The public hearing will be held on Wednesday,June 18,2025,at 6:30 PM via remote participation.The
agenda will be posted to the City Calendar and the Zoning Board of Appeals page by June 13,2025,on
iv\x-w.salemma.,ov 8 77/Zoning-Board-of-Au)eals. The City is authorized to conduct remote meetings of its
public bodies through June 30,2027 per Section 30A of Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021,as amended by
Section 40 of Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023,and further amended by Section 1 of Chapter 2 of the Acts of
2025.
