Similarly,a full bath on the first floor will improve the daily lives of the entire family as there is currently only a small powder room on the first floor. b)Traffic flow and safety, including parking and loading; There will be no change to traffic flow and safety, including parking and loading. c) Adequacy of utilities and other public services; The small addition displaces an existing half bath to create a full bath, and the current water and sewer facilities are adequate; no other public services are affected. d) Impacts on the natural environment, including drainage; The new project including 71 sq ft addition and deck includes a surrounding french drain around the deck to percolate all new roof run-off. e) Neighborhood character; and The small addition and deck is minimal and will be in keeping with the historic nature of the surrounding neighborhood character. f) Potential fiscal impact, including impact on City Tax base and employment.
