For this reason, I am requesting: [ true ]Variance (s) from provisions of Section Section 4.1.1 Table of Dimensional Regulations of the Zoning Ordinance, specifically from Side yard setback and rear yard setback. Section 4.1.1 of the Zoning Ordinance requires a minimum side and rear yard setback of 30 feet for properties in the Industrial zoning district. Certain substation equipment and facilities will be located as close 9.8 feet from the side lot line and 0 feet from the rear lot line, and, therefore, variances are required from the Board pursuant to Section 9.3.2(3) of the Zoning Ordinance..
