CONSENT OF OWNERS
Re: 24 Fort Avenue, Salem, Massachusetts
The undersigned property owners hereby authorize Joshua Lee Smith, of Bowditch & Dewey,
LLP and New England Power Company (“NEP”) to submit land use applications to the Salem
Zoning Board of Appeals, Salem Planning Board and other City of Salem boards, commissions
and departments in connection with NEP’s proposed expansion of an existing electric substation
known as Salem Harbor Substation #45 (the “Substation”) located at 24 Fort Avenue in Salem,
Massachusetts. The Substation is located within a parcel of land owned by Salem Harbor Power
Development LP and identified in the Salem Assessor’s property records as Parcel 41-0271-0. A
small portion of the Substation is located within a parcel of land owned by Massachusetts Clean
Energy Technology Center and identified in the Salem Assessor’s property records as Parcel 41-
0339-0.
