Dear Board Members,
I am writing to express my full support for the project presented this evening for 18 Sutton Avenue by
Andrew Falkenstein.
I've reached out to the surrounding Neighbors, and everyone is in favor of the attached garage that
Mr. Falkenstein is proposing to build. Several neighbors have mentioned how forthcoming and
transparent both Andrew and his wife ,Carolyn, have been regarding their plans. There is a shared
sense of support and understanding within the neighborhood for this project.
I want to thank you for your time and dedication you bring to your roles on the board. I regret that
cannot be present at tonight's meeting, as I have a prior commitment, but I appreciate you taking the
time to consider my comments. Thank you.
