Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of UNIT A PROPERTIES LLC D/B/A
TOTAL PRAISE SERVICES LLC at 86 HIGHLAND AVENUE (Map 14,Lot 0148) (R3 Zoning District
and Entry Corridor Overlay District) for a Special Permit per Section 3.3.2 Nonconforming Ures of the Salem
Zoning Ordinance to change from an existing non-conforming use as a physician's and business office to a
business office.The proposed office would park six (6) passenger vans overnight at the rear of the property
to transport passengers with disabilities to and from medical and personal appointments.
The public hearing will be held on Wednesday,June 18,2025, at 6:30 PM via remote participation.The
agenda will be posted to the City Calendar and the Zoning Board of Appeals page by June 13,2025,on
NxTx-,m-.s,,ilei-niiia.gov/877/Zoliiiii,,-Board-of-,-l1)12eals. The City is authorized to conduct remote meetings of its
public bodies through June 30,2027 per Section 30A of Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by
Section 40 of Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023,and further amended by Section 1 of Chapter 2 of the Acts of
2025.
