Spencer&Steamboat, LLC, which owns the property at 86 Highland Avenue in
Salem, MA, consents to having Attorney William F. Quinn of Salem, MA file a petition on
behalf of Total Praise Services LLC, or it's nominee, for such zoning relief as is necessary to
change the existing nonconforming use of the property as professional and business
offices, to another nonconforming use as business offices for a transportation company
which will park up to six (6) of it's transit vans overnight on the property.
