Page 298.
Together with a right of way reserved for the benefit of said Lot A for all purposes in, or
on, and over a ten-foot strip of land over Lot B as shown on said plan and marked
Driveway, as provided for in deed recorded with said Registry in Book 4530, Page 298.
Being the same premises conveyed to Robert M. Dale, Jr., Arthur J. Kavanagh, Jr., &
Richard M. Ryan, Jr., Trustee of the Richard M. Ryan Trust, dated February 7, 1992,
