structural stability of exis ng retaining walls given an addi onal floor will be added to 3 1/2 Rear Buffum

Subject: Items to Gather for the Next ZBA Mee ng
Good Evening,
Thank you for your pa ence working with the Board, as I know this mee ng ran late. The Board requests
the following informa on to make a determina on for 3 ½ Rear Buffum Street at the next regularly
scheduled mee ng on June 18, 2025:
1) Determina on for whether the pe oner would like to request two legal parking spaces or three
parking spaces. Alongside this, a study into the turning radii and accessibility of on-site parking would be
helpful.
2) Surface Paving Informa on: specifically, what is being paved on the property and what material will
this pavement be made of?
3) Verifica on for whether the applicant is reques ng a three-story house or a two-and-a-half story
house. This should be reviewed by the architect.
4) Add more detail to the site plan to understand what changes are being made to the building
(specifically regarding landscaping and the deck indicated on the site plan).
I will check in with Voula regarding the parking spaces, the number of requested stories, and sec ons of
the Zoning Ordinance required for relief on the property.
