Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of THE RESIDENCES ON CANAL
STREET,LLP at 290 CANAL STREET(Map 32,Lot 0031) (B2 Zoning District and Entry Corridor
Overlay District) for a Variance per Section 8.2.3(l)Requirements to create a curb cut of ninety-nine (99) feet,
one-and-a-half(1.5)inches where twenty-four(24) feet is required.The curb cut will contain a concrete
sidewalk flush with existing pavement.
The public hearing will be held on Wednesday,May 21,2025,at 6:30 PM via remote participation.The
agenda will be posted to the City Calendar and the Zoning Board of Appeals page by May 16,2025,on
w-%v-xv.salemma. ov/877/Zoning-Board-of-Appeals. The City is authorized to conduct remote meetings of its
public bodies through June 30,2027 per Section 30A of Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021,as amended by
Section 40 of Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023,and further amended by Section 1 of Chapter 2 of the Acts of
2025.
