Good Evening Chris,
The Board requests the following informa on to make a determina on on 290 Canal Street:
1) Informa on regarding the circula on pa erns for on-property traffic.
2) Depic ons of the turning radii for trucks coming from/into the property.
3) Clearly indicated loca ons of physical barriers on the plans.
4) Renderings of the proposed curb cut and general site loca on.
5) A depic on of cars queued for the carwash aside proposed plans.
I will reach out to the Engineering Department tomorrow for informa on about the property. Please let
