Hi,
Per the Zoning Board request for a 99 foot curb cut at 290 Canal Street, I have concerns about water retention, run-off, pollution,
and more major (MAJOR!) puddling on Canal Street.
I don't believe the current road infrastructure can support this project and developers get approved for a project and make
modifications to their liking once construction begins. I hope that the City of Salem considers the enormous impact (permanent) to
the community and evaluates requests accordingly.
