The improvements along Kimball Rd have been approved by the Salem Planning Board, City Engineering, Design Review Board. The request for ZBA relief was requested by the Planning Board through a PUD permit for the project across the street (the old Bertini's site) which is a mixed-use 250-unit apartment project that's currently under construction.
