For this reason an inspection must be conducted by our office to assure compliance with the code and city ordinance. The most concerning off these violations that has been received are the life safety and egress conditions at the property for this alleged thirdfloor unit, A Required Inspection must be conducted by our Department to assure compliance with the State Building code and city ordinances.
