This department is still receiving complaints regarding the exterior of the above-
mentioned property. In particular, the fasicia and soffit at the rear of your property.
State Building Code, 780 CMR, Section 103.0 Maintenance, requires an owner of a
structure to maintain all parts of the structure. I have enclosed a copy of this section with
this letter.
You are directed to begin repairs or show a valid contract to begin repairs within 30 days
upon receipt of this letter.
Failure to comply will result in a complaint being filed in Salem District Court.
If you have any questions, please contact this office. Thank you in advance for your
anticipated cooperation in this matter.
