Dear Owner,
During a mandatory inspection on June 25, 2025, it was observed that the property at 125 Ocean
Avenue is being used as an unpermitted contractor's yard. You are directed to cease and desist
the improper use of this property by July 15, 2025, to avoid municipal ticketing.
During the same inspection, it was also observed that an unpermitted office trailer has been
placed on the property. You are directed to remove the office trailer by July 15, 2025, to avoid
municipal ticketing.
If you are aggrieved by this notice, your appeal is to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
