RE: Plumbing Code Violation
Dear Owner,
During a mandatory inspection on June 25, 2025, it was observed that the property at 125 Ocean
Avenue has two tenants occupying separate garage spaces. These spaces need floor drains with
oil separator tanks, required hot water to faucets, and working toilets. Failure to comply will
result in municipal ticketing.
If you are aggrieved by this notice, your appeal is to the Plumbing Board.
