During a mandatory inspection on July 1, 2025, it was observed that the property at 107 Mason
Street underwent modifications to the interior of the property resulting in impeding proper means
of egress to the top two units of the building. You are directed to submit floor plans under a
building permit that shows how you will achieve proper means of egress. Failure to comply July
21,2025, will result in municipal ticketing.
