RE: Improper Means of Egress
Dear Owner,
During an inspection on July 3, 2025, it was observed that the first-floor unit of 24 Shore Avenue
is impeding the proper means of egress by utilizing a front room as a bedroom. This is a building
code violation of section 1016.2 stating that means of egress shall not lead through sleeping
areas.
You are directed to return the dwelling unit back to its proper flow with two unimpeded means
of egress. Failure to comply will result in municipal ticketing.
If you are aggrieved by this notice, your appeal is to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
